PORTRAIT OF THE ARTIST AS A CONSUMER: DAVID NOLAN

David Nolan

PORTRAIT OF THE ARTIST AS A  CONSUMER was a regular feature in the New Musical Express back in the ’70s and‘80s.

I always enjoyed it, so I thought I’d rip off the idea and revive it here.

First up is the shy and retiring DAVID NOLAN.

The far north west of Scotland. I’m not telling you where because I don’t want you to go there.

FOOD

If I could only eat one food for the rest of my life it would be Tom Yum soup. That’ll do me just fine.

FAVOURITE RESERVOIR

I love reservoirs, so this is tough. I used to have a MySpace reservoir fan page. I’m going to say Light Hazzles Reservoir, mainly because of the name.
